Sadbh has been dancing since the age of four in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary and Street. She trained in the College of Dance, Monkstown and furthered her education in the UK at The University of Winchester, where she graduated with a BA Honours in Choreography and Dance combined with Education Studies. While in the UK, Sadbh was member of D@win Dance Company and worked forIntegr8 DanceLtd as a choreographer on many of their shows and trained her all-boy crew KW Maniacs, who took part in competitions across the UK. Alongside Dance, Sadbh has a great passion for cheerleading. She trained and competed in the UK with the Winchester Spirits and has been a qualified Cheerleading Coach for the past 5 years. Sadbh is delighted to have a school filled with such lovely, amazing and talented students.
Teacher & Junior Cheer Coach
Lydia is currently studying social science in UCD. Lydia was heavily involved in both gymnastics and dance when growing up. She represented South Dublin on numerous occasions in gymnastics and competed in America on behalf of Muckross Park Gymnastics Club. Lydia successfully auditioned for the Dublin Youth Dance Company (DYDC) where she trained in contemporary dance. Lydia has received distinctions in bronze, silver and gold Jazz exams. Having recently taken advanced 2 modern and grade 8 classical she has now completed all of the vocational modern and classical ballet exams. She is now preparing for her advanced one vocational ballet exam. Lydia is delighted to be teaching such a lovely group of Little Ballerinas and a team of determined Young Cheerleaders.
Junior & Senior Cheer Coach
Alex Remus coaches our junior cheer squad in Clonskeagh and is a tumbling specialist. She is originally from Chicago but has found her home in Dublin. Throughout her childhood in the States Alex participated in both cheerleading and gymnastics recreationally and competitively. She cheered for her local American football team, her schools and on a competitive squad until she moved away for college. However, she attributes most of her cheer knowledge to her favourite movie Bring It On. She is currently in Dublin pursuing a PhD in biomechanics. So she has a great understanding of what the human body is capable of doing and uses this knowledge when teaching the girls new skills. She holds coaching qualifications from Gymnastics Ireland and also is a head coach with Rugby tots. She loves teaching kids new skills and the confidence to bring out their full potential.
Alexandra has been dancing from a very young age and began her professional dance training with Inchicore College where she obtained advance qualifications in ISTD modern theatre dance and intermediate qualifications in RAD Ballet. Along with these she also obtained a diploma in dance instruction (DDI). Alexandra recently completed her full time dance training with Morea Performing Arts College in the UK under the guidance of Kate Morea one of the creators of ISTD. Alexandra’s training also includes Jazz, lyrical, Ballet, Tap, Musical Theatre, Urban & African. Whilst training in the UK she was also lucky enough to take regular workshops with leading West End performers. Alex has a passion for teaching young people and especially likes to focus on technique in all aspects of dance.
Ruth began dancing when she was 8 years old with the Jill O’Neill School of Dance, in Contemporary, Hip Hop, Jazz, and Tap. After ten years at the school, Ruth began teaching the younger children. A couple of years ago, through dance, Ruth met Sadbh and began teaching at Motion2Motion. She has just completed a three year Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Philosophy in Maynooth University. From September Ruth is looking forward to teaching dance full time and hopes to continue bettering her skills. She hopes to pass on her passion and love for dance to as many students as possible!
Mollie O' Hare
Mollie has just graduated from UCD with a Bachelor of Social Science degree. She has been dancing since the age of 7 where she trained in styles such as jazz, tap, musical theatre and hip hop. She later began to focus on hip hop and commercial and performed in many showcases and events around the country Mollie has claimed first place in many international competitions such as Destination Dance and the British Street Dance Championships with various hip hop crews. She was also a member of the UCD Dance Society’s hip hop crew where she performed in many events as well as choreographing the crew’s sets for various competitions. She has taken classes from top choreographers around the world including places such as L.A., London and Thailand. She loves teaching children and finds it really rewarding to see them reach their potential and progress at their own pace throughout the year.
Karl has trained with some of the best choreographers worldwide from LA, New York, London & Dublin! Large performance background including live performances, music videos & multiple national and international competitions. Number one goal when teaching a class is to create a fun filled, stress free, learning environment and a supportive place where dancers can train and grow together! Routines vary from new styles of hip hop and urban choreography to old school foundation based pieces built from the styles of House, Popping and Locking. Karl is very excited to be joining our M2M family.
Leon is one of Ireland’s leading breaking instructors. He competes internationally and has represented Ireland at many events and has won titles in Ireland, Uk and Bulgaria. He also worked with some of the biggest brands in the world such as Google, Samsung, Red Bull, L’Oreal, Nike, JD, Lifestyle. Leon can’t wait to get started with the M2M students this September.
Aoife has just graduated from the institute of the Arts Barcelona where she received a first class honours in Commercial Dance. After studying for three years in various styles, some of which being jazz, ballet, contemporary, tap and commercial, she is now back in Dublin to share her skills. Previous to her study’s in Barcelona, Aoife trained with many schools across Dublin. This gave her the opportunity to preform in the famous Cheerios Panto for 5 years in a row as a kid dancer. She has now moved on to have better opportunities such as dancing in Sarah Markus’ music video ‘gangsta n a Gentleman’ and performing along side Ireland’s very own Paul Ryder. Aoife cant wait to start inspiring all the M2M students with her passion and love of Dance.
